Cut the potatoes into 1 * 1 cm slices, salt, drizzle with sunflower oil and put in a preheated oven 200 degrees for 10 minutes. Crackers pour 50 ml of water and leave for 10 minutes. In the minced meat we add hops-suneli, salt, crackers and mix thoroughly, beat the minced meat in a bowl several times. We fry our patties for 1 minute on each side, then put the patties on a baking tray to the potatoes and bake everything together for another 15 minutes. Warm the sauce in a pan until thickened. Serve our potato patties with sauce, sprinkled with green onions.
