Ingredients
1 cup red lentils 3 cups water 1 PC bulb 2 pcs carrots 2 cm ginger 3 cloves garlic 1 tsp turmeric 1 tsp curry 1 tsp ground coriander 1 tsp salt (to taste) 0.5 tsp black pepper 8 pc cherry small bunch cilantro
How to cook
Wash the lentils. Chop onions, carrots into medium slices, garlic into small pieces and peeled ginger. Pour the lentils into the pan and pour the water, bring to a boil. Then add the chopped vegetables. Cook for 10 minutes. Then add spices and cook for 5 minutes. Finely chop the cilantro, and cherry in half and put in the pan, turn it off. Serve hot. Bon Appetit!
