Ingredients
300 g beef pulp 1 PC large onion 2 tbsp frying oil 2 pcs tomato (or tomato paste 1 tbsp. l.) 700 g potato taste salt, ground black pepper 2 pcs bay leaf taste dill greens, onion-feather
How to cook
Cut the meat into cubes, onion in half rings, peel the tomatoes and grind in a blender. In a preheated pan with vegetable oil, fry the onions for 2-3 minutes, add meat and fry for another 7-10 minutes, stirring constantly. Add grated tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes. Salt, pepper. Add the diced potatoes and pour hot water so that the potatoes are not completely covered, mix. Simmer over low heat until cooked for 30 minutes. Add bay leaf and chopped greens. Remove from heat and let stand for 10-15 minutes. Serve with fresh and pickled vegetables. Bon Appetit!
