Ingredients
gutted headless fish bulb onions spices salt rast.oil
How to cook
Rinse well and remove the black film. Cut the tail and fins, no scales, but the skin must be removed, it is easy. Salt, mix with spices for fish, I added more Mediterranean herbs. Leave on for 20 minutes to soak the fish. Cut the onion and arrange on foil. Lay the fish on top. On fish a couple of slices of lemon. Wrap and bake until cooked. Have a nice !!!
