Homemade tortillas with herbs are perfect for any oriental meat dish.
Ingredients
10-12 cakes 200 grams flour 100 ml boiling water 0.5 tsp salt 1 tbsp. the spoon olive oil
How to cook
In the sifted flour we put salt, dry herbs, add boiling water, a spoonful of vegetable oil. Mix with a spoon, then knead the dough. Wrap in cling film, put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Roll out a long sausage from the dough, cut into 10-12 parts. We grease the dish with olive oil, roll the pieces of dough into a ball, slightly flatten it to a thick cake, put it on a dish. Let stand for 10 minutes. On the surface for rolling the dough with your hands, knead the cake to transparency. We well heat the pan, reduce the heat and fry the cakes for 1.5-2 minutes on each side. Do not add oil to the pan!
