Ingredients
350 gr minced chicken
250 gr rice
50 gr bulb onions
100 gr carrot
250 gr tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
taste salt and ground black pepper
vegetable oil
How to cook
Open rice until cooked, recline in a colander and rinse under cold water.
Grate the carrots, finely chop the onions and tomatoes, chop the garlic finely.
Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the onions at medium power. After 3 minutes add carrots and fry for 1 minute. Then add the tomatoes. After 5 minutes add minced meat and fry for 7 minutes kneading with a spatula. Then salt, pepper, add garlic and fry for 1 minute. Add rice and fry all together for 5 minutes.
