Ingredients dough:
1 tbsp. milk 1 tbsp. water 30 gr wet yeast or 10 grams dry 1 PC. egg 0.5 tsp salt 1 tbsp. l Sahara 3 tbsp. l vegetable oil 800-1000 gr. flour 0.5 l cooking oil filling: 500 gr. boiled light beef 1-2 pcs. bulb onions 1-2 tbsp. l vegetable oil taste salt and black pepper
How to cook
Pour warm milk and water into a deep bowl, add the egg, salt, sugar and yeast. Mix. Gradually pour the sifted flour and knead a soft sticky dough. Add 3 tbsp. l vegetable oil. Cover the dough with cling film and put in a warm place for 30 minutes. Then we crush, grease the working surface slightly with vegetable oil. Divide the dough into 36-40 pieces, roll into balls. Flatten each ball and lay out the filling. You can choose any filling to your taste, mashed potatoes, stewed cabbage, egg with onions, etc. (Pass the boiled lungs through a meat grinder, fry chopped onions, salt and pepper to taste). We pinch the edges well. Pour the oil into the pan and heat it, put the pies, fry on both sides until golden brown. It turns out very tasty pies, I recommend you try! Bon Appetit!
