Ingredients
4 things Pollock 1 PC Bulgarian pepper 2 pcs Hard acidic apples Vegetable oil 8 pc Champignon mushrooms Breadcrumbs
How to cook
To clean, wash and pollinate pollock with breadcrumbs. Heat the pan with vegetable oil, put the fish. Cover and fry over medium heat. Peppers, rinses, peppers, chop and put on fish. Rinse mushrooms, cut into slices, put on fish. Rinse apples, peel from the core, cut into slices, put on fish. When the fish is roasted, turn over. Close the lid to reduce heat and fry until cooked.
