Let the dough stand for 15 minutes. Fry pancakes on both sides. For the filling, mix cottage cheese, egg, sweetener, vanilla with a blender. Curd is better not to take grains. Spread the filling, roll the pancake. Fry the pancakes in a pan slightly greased with vegetable oil. The fire is small, the filling should warm up well.
