Ingredients
Dough (on the shape of 16 cm)
100 gr butter (melted)
2 tbsp. l .. Sahara
2 tbsp. l .. cocoa powder
50 gr sour cream
210 gr flour
1 tsp baking powder
Filling
300 gr cottage cheese
2 the eggs
4 tbsp. l .. boiled condensed milk
1 tbsp. l .. starch
How to cook
Melt butter, mix with cocoa and sugar, add sour cream.
Pour flour and baking powder, knead thoroughly until a soft dough is obtained. Put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Punch all the ingredients for the filling with a blender until smooth. Put in the refrigerator on demand до
We get the dough. About 1/4 - 1/3 of the dough is cut off for the top layer and put back into the refrigerator.
We spread most of the dough into a mold, forming sides (it is better to lay the bottom with parchment). We prick with a fork.
Spread the filling, even out. On top of the filling, rub on the coarse grater that piece that was postponed.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Orient your oven. Let’s cool it a little, then transfer it to the grate. We’ll leave it in the refrigerator for the night. Bon Appetit!
