Ingredients
500 gr Hake filet, but other white fish fillet can be taken
1 PC Carrot
1 PC Bow
2 pcs Tomatoes
2 tbsp. l Flour
1 tsp Dry garlic
2 tbsp. l Sour cream
1 tsp Mustard
Salt
Pepper
Frying oil
How to cook
Cut the fillet into pieces. Mix flour with dry garlic, salt, pepper. Bone the fish in flour and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side. Cut the onion rings, grate the carrots on a coarse grater and fry in a pan.
Put the fish in a baking dish. Spread onion with carrots on top. Then sliced tomatoes.
Mix sour cream with mustard, salt, pepper. Pour over the fish sauce. We bake fish for 20-25 minutes at 200 °
