Homemade Pizza Bytesa

Ingredients

Puff pastry Cooked and smoked sausage Hard cheese Ketchup 1 egg Sesame

How to cook

Filling. Dice sausages and cheese. We mix. Roll out the dough thinner. Cut out the circles. We spread the filling, on top a drop of ketchup. Sculpt as dumplings. We spread our pizza bytes on a baking sheet covered with parchment, grease with a beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
