Ingredients
5-7 pcs Large potato 1 PC Bow 2 pcs Eggs Salt 3-4 tbsp. spoons Flour Vegetable oil for frying Any minced meat (I have pork / beef)
How to cook
We clean the potatoes, three on a coarse grater, salt, add eggs and flour. I have homemade mincemeat (I made it off for children). We spread the potato cakes in the pan, on top a small cutlet of minced meat, on top again the potatoes, crush the edges, fry on both sides until golden brown. Then cover and cook under the lid over low heat or in the oven at 180 g, 15 minutes. Serve with sour cream and herbs, mine knew that I did not have time to take a photo.
