Ingredients
200 gr flour 200 gr Sahara 3 pcs the eggs 300 gr cottage cheese 1 tsp baking powder 180 gr butter Pinch salt
How to cook
We knock down eggs, salt and sugar. Add the butter (not cold) and mix, then add the curd to mix again. Add baking powder and sifted flour and mix well. We distribute according to the molds and bake in the oven at a temperature of 180-200 ℃ until ready. Remove the molds and let cool. Bon Appetit!
