Ingredients
600 g minced turkey
1 onion
1 egg
3-4 slices loaf
Milk (to soak bread)
Taste salt, pepper (Adyghe salt)
Semka (for breading)

2 tbsp. l .. sour cream
1 tbsp. l .. tomato paste (with tomato and basil)

How to cook
Add minced egg, onion (grate), and salt. I took Adyghe salt. In a separate bowl, soak the loaf in milk, leave for 5 minutes. Then knead and add to the minced meat. Mix everything well.
In a plate pour semolina for breading cutlets. With wet hands we form cutlets and roll in semolina. Spread in a baking dish, lightly oiled.
Making the sauce. I took sour cream right in the bank, there were about 2 tbsp. l. sour cream, add the sauce and fill with water (total volume came out 200 g). Pour the patties. And send to the oven for 35-40 minutes at a temperature of 190 degrees.
After 30 minutes from the start of baking, look, pour sauce from the mold. If the sauce is not in the form (as I had), dilute another 1 tsp. sour cream with water and pour a little cutlets. I like the cutlets to be juicy! Bon appetit 👍
